THE IRRATIONAL TRUTH

All human beings started from the beginning of nature, then passed Stone Age, one era to another era, one generation to another generation, one place to another place, one occasion, event, happening to another, one experience to other experiences, one thought, thinking, idea, cognition, doctrine to another, one civilization, one tradition to another, one habit, character, behaviour to another, assimilation, association, division, split and studies, learning, inventing, etc., became more and more, nearer, closer to each other and at last cannot be rid of each other. So, one group and another, one race, nationality, one ideology, religion, faith, believing, implementation and another became rivals, and so they beat, killed, hunted, cleaned, fled, robbed each other. And some became winners, losers, masters, slaves, who insulted or respected each other.

So that they passed and passed time to time, year to year, decade to decade, century to century, era to era, opening and hiding rivalries, at last reaching to the point of rivalries of their technical skills, invention skills, modern weapons, strategies, possessions etc, and set wars to massacre each other. So, the whole world human asylum became a huge flame by human perpetrations. But fortunately, our earth planet human asylum wasn’t ruined yet, and only many humans died and became ruined with countless suffering. Then they were very sorrowed, regretted and detested the ugly war. But the main reasons that they created war, which they disliked, did not need and hated, were because when they tried, they became tired and languished themselves, to end the war. They still could not get rid of it, whether they like it or not, needed or not, hated or loved, they still had to continue to see, touch, be concerned, and treat the system like before. There is only death, the damaged, the ruined, and some suffered so much that they could not recover for a long time afterwards. Some created the hated histories that can never be forgotten by one generation to another generation, damaging the original natural beauties, ruining and altering the genuine truths etc., so that only the un-necessary consequences were left.

Regarding these happenings, processions, the humans achieved more civilization, became more experiences. And beyond the events of ugly war, they cooperated, co-administrated co-thought, co-imagined co-arranged, co-solved the problems so that such events will not happen in future.

For example, the organisation like UN. This organization pioneer was guided and led, and after private volunteer organizations, private volunteer person etc...who loved beauty, respected truths were endeavoured struggled solved by their own ways in their own region and country. Thus, in such advance operation, step by step improvement and development, now the humans of the world have come to exist as clever, civilised humans in generally. But some humans of some parts of the world have come to exist as the uncivilised human, who think of themselves as civilized, but they are still wild when viewed by others. These humans think themselves clever, but they are still ignorant and foolish when others view their practices and actions. Because of the perpetrations of such kind of people, the natural beauties have become ugly aspects and the truths have become the irrational or negative truths for more existence. Because of that kind of existence, that beauty can’t be beautified, the human world has become like un-natural plastic flowers with absence of fragrance. The negative truths are also like the events it seems blessing to human beings, but later they sneak and rob the goodness from one’s own presence.
 

The Irrational or Negative Truths.

Because of the irrational or negative truths, in the developing of the route of human histories, there have almost everywhere, many times occurred human revolution histories.

There are many kinds of revolutions. Social revolution, system revolution, educational revolution, religion revolution, economic revolution, industrial revolution, technique revolution, new era or age revolution, national revolution, colonization revolutions etc...the most violent, hugely bloody, vastly damaged, waste, ruined, much sacrifice, hard withstand, intolerable, indomitable was national and colonization revolutions.

Therefore, not to let such kinds of revolutions to happen, the world community international destroyed, abandoned the implementations of colonization system and co-established national reconciliation, consolation, consolidation, peace, liberty of nationality, etc., and consulted each other seriously, and often discussed in the past and present about it.

Thus, such identical attitude then came to exist together; every country, every school, every nationality also donated, taught, corrected and lectured their young ones to be patriots, nationalists and to love, respect, maintain, defend and guard their own nationality, culture, heritages from ruin and from vanishing. I’m also one who learned such things at school. So, almost every young one when he becomes an adult, really loves his personal heritage as a patriot. To love the truths and realities is innocent, beautiful, noble, honourable spirits. But a patriot does not, should not and must not mean to love one’s own and hate the other.

There are many kinds of aspects for love. Here let me classify only into two kinds. Positive loves and negative loves. While positive loves give good results for both sides and negative loves give bad results to both sides. When there are many other laws, and principles are changing with the time, one of the natural law “IF I LIKE OTHER WILL LIKE, IF I DISLIKE OTHER WILL DISLIKE FOR IDENTICAL RESPONSE” was true for the past, present and will be true forever in future.

In this polite civilization age, the norms of success of humankind are not the same as it had been in the past. It must be the beautiful honourable success, long term success, clear success, polite success. If one side is extremely successful and the other is extremely lost, it is only useless success. It is only like the success of the famous black money wealthy man. His extra money is just like simple papers and useful for no one, nothing. He’s just like a dog in straw manger. The positive success would give good results to everything. Worriless, fearless, harmless to others as well as to oneself. No need really to hide the truths. Trying to hide the truths is just like a little boy told to his father “All women have only one teat”. The law for positive success does not need some one else to fail, lose, suffer, be hurt, be ruined, or sacrifice.

Some successful people in some parts of the world are not successful by their own honest ability and cleverness but by occasional luck and temporary advantage that they have made through oppression, exploitation, veering from the natural law of genuine success. Their success is like a sneaky man and roast fish; while the head is cooked he eats the head, if the tail is cooked eats the tail, shirking the middle for one’s own advantage. This kind of individual negative success could be seen a lot in developing and under developed especially dictatorship regime countries. This kind of success seems quite beautiful when we view by one side and quite detestably ugly when we view by other three sides. This kind of success will gradually destroy our natural beautiful environment, if repeated much and become abundance it would destroy our human community and our earth planet. Sometime it may risk one’s success immediately or gradually.

In this age, humans of the world are still rivals, competing with each other and will do so forever according to their wishes, according to their skills, location, condition, favour etc. at one time to another time, one thing to another thing, competing for the victory of a conqueror. Although the results of the victory of one winner give good profits for humans and their asylum, the victory of another winner can give more bad results than good profits. This is because we cannot control and guard someone else’s success. This kind of event, we humans have faced age to age and got many experiences and lessons. Till now it is still going on, and we are having to face, because we have not yet the ability and consideration that can view and re-correct the irrational truths.

For example, in the past, the world famous and successful Dynamite inventor Swedish Chemist Alfred Nobel invented dynamite in 1867 and gelignite in 1875 and became world famous in human history. But his success did not come along with his aim and wish, and at last only offered him great sadness. Our other stupid humans couldn’t save, guard and use his success for good purposes. Till today, we humans of the world can’t yet fulfil his wishes and have to be reminded and warned by him annually urging for peace that he wanted by wasting his heritage. He wanted Peace for humankind but they still remain puzzled in those parts of the world which are dark in daylight. Although some parts of the world which are successful by positive and rational means seem light 24 hours a day, some communities which are successful by negative and irrational means seem dark 24 hours a day and have lost the meaning of humanity. All kinds of humanity that are included in this community, successful ones and losers, masters and slaves, rich and poor, noble and mean, clever and stupid, honest and wicked, bright and foolish, visible and blind, all are not so different when we think about meaningful humanity. They are just caught in a vicious circle.

Is there nothing that could be done to save these people who are in this darkness?

The others who are fortunate to be in the light and get freedom, have they no thoughts, theory, formula, idea, method, ability, implementation and wishes to save the people who are in this darkness? I think so, they have excellent ability, methods and with a huge wishes. They have done it a lot and recorded by many human histories. Not only humans who were able and always called for help for their plights, but also living things that came with their nature that were unable and have no sense called for help, like animals that are on the way to ruin and vanishing, and non-living common things like some plants, forests, rivers have got attention from people to help and save them by marked sanctuary zones for animals, to defend deforestation marked forest zones, no dams on rivers etc., helped, guarded, maintained and saved the environment and natural things of the world without request from the concerned objects.

These obligations were not ordered, nor made responsible by anyone. But they served it voluntarily and their own sense which was born together with them, that sense of love of the beauty, truths, necessities for human world to decorate their common asylum. But some other groups of humans in the same planet who got on the same way and same event going to ruin and vanishing by concerning current impact, like deforestation, extreme hunting of animals, why are there yet no organization and plan to help, save, guard them and marked “no hunting zone for human victims”???, and made suitable sanctuary zone for them. This event made many humans surprised and far stretched in thought. For my last discovery in my head, it is because of wrong irrational truths that are still surviving in this age and some humans still accepting as their truths.

This kind of wrong truths, as long as we have no sense to view, without repairing it, we will always believe and accept it as true. In such continued misbelieving and accepting it for so long, and when we learned it is wrong, that time will be too late and it can’t be repaired, we will only have to face loss. Because of learning so late the irrational truths, we humans have had to face the events of gigantic troubles and ruination that clarified our thoughts distinctly in human histories. World War I, and then World War II. Why did these World Wars occur? There is no one who really wanted war. The people who belonged in war themselves might not have wanted war, but they can’t avoid it that they have to fight the war. The last results are that the losers as well as the winners more or less lose their people, funds, properties, buildings etc...lose many of their phenomenon. The worse results are that ignorant war created and left the hatred histories for the new comers for no one is concerned with their ignorant war. For such kind of created hatred, the irrational truths are living in penury, for a long time and in continued haziness, misleading beliefs, thoughts, observations, hopes, meritorious deeds, behaviours, willingness, aims etc...making the human community concerned face trouble and ruin again and again in the same cycle.

As for the war today, we accept as the irrational definition of the meaning of the war, for example, civil war, which means the war that is waged in the current existing territory in the sight of current world community. We are still only defining the war as civil war, because it is waging in the same community, and the international community is neglecting the war by accepted norms of “non-intervention”. But roughly, civil war could be divided into two categories.

The war that is waged between the same nationalities that is only based on the political acceptances only by some leaders is called meaningfully civil war. It is right to accept the norms “non-intervention” and it could be solved by themselves if they could meet each other by peaceful occasional dialogue. The war that is waged between the different nationalities that is based on several reasons of acceptances (not only accepted by some leaders, but it is accepted by almost all their nationality) is called historical war or human rights war, and the definition is different from meaningful civil war. It is not right to accept the norms of “non-intervention”, and it cannot be solved forever by themselves even if they could meet each other by peaceful occasional dialogue without the presence of the third person to judge the rational truths. Because both sides would be arguing and biased for themselves without considering the truths of the other side when they meet for dialogue, only the third person that could be judge and decide the right answers for solving this kind of problems without bias from either side. That is why triple dialogue cannot be formed and will always fail in multi ethnic nationalities in Union of Burma. The positive truths would not fear for testing by any judge. If there is no rigid rejection from one nationality, the civil war would not be going on for so long and it may end if a suitable occasion occurs after the change of the leaders. But human rights war or historical war will be waged as long as the meaning of human rights come true, when one leader goes and another leader comes, neglecting the winning or losing of the individual battles in any kind of regime, (ethnic nationalities conflict could be seen in all kinds of different regime in many countries). There are many examples of this event.

When we are reminded of World War II, I’m always reminded Germany, Germans and Hitler. Germans were undertaking and led and waged the wars till they surrendered to termination. When we see this point, it led us to think and assume that Germans are warlike nationals. But if they are of the same human nature as us, they also may not have wanted to fight the wars. Although they were brave they did not want to die. Some of them might have been cruel, but were afraid to suffer from cruelty. Why did they do the deeds that they themselves didn’t like? It is because of the orders of irrational truths that is living with them. Regarding Hitler, I think he might not have been warlike nor had a cruel leader’s sense and temperament inborn with him. His former negative environment and the irrational truths persuaded him, so that he was unable to resist, and he became extremely active, unable to control his progress and rigidly marching in the way of irrational negative success to achieve his goal. So, he had missed his goal for genuine victory forever and had to follow the way of irrational success. And it might not be reasonless that he had massacred millions of innocent Jews.

It seems it was to revenge the irrational success of Jews in his country at that time. It may be like the success of Chinese (Eastern Jews) in dictatorship regime in Burma now. And it is also like the success of USA Yankee capitalists in former Cuba before the success of Fidel Castro revolution government in 1st Jan 1959 from Cuba dictatorship regime. Cuba gained freedom from Spain on 1st Jan 1899 and achieved irrational independence and governed by puppet governments in series until the Fidel Castro government. Before these governments they owned rich natural resources and fertile soil, mineral resources as well as many Cuban citizens in poverty. So, great leader Fidel Castro, who loved democratic system very much, became a Communist government for the purposes of defending against the dangers of irrational independence for Cuba citizens till today. Although there is no more Fidel Castro or Hitler for Burma, the sufferings and events of Burma citizens may not be so different from them.

Till today the success of the excellent Jews in Israel and Palestine case can’t be divided, but is it rational or irrational success? It still exists as a puzzle for their conflicts. The same for the success of Taliban in Afghanistan, Saddam Hussein in Iraq, the success of USA on Taliban and Saddam, the success of North Korean government, the success of dictatorship in Burma cannot be classified if it is rational or irrational success. For Taliban and Saddam we can say it is clear now what kind of success. Although there is no problem for rational success if we learn it too late, for irrational success, if we learn it too late and didn’t repair it in time, it will have to follow along and be terminated with the example of the history of former irrational successes.


The irrational success

Wasting innocent human victims, trouble and poverty, drawn to be obsolete, persuading and encouraging bad habits and characters, depression and negative thinking, cycling events etc...only give bad results and destroy human community and lastly hitting the impacts of necessities for existence of our human asylum earth planet like ruined environment, food crisis, wasting and exhausting natural resources, unnecessary killing, by means of destroying, etc., until the last day when all necessary resources of our earth planet will be exhausted by the negative competitions of irrational successors, and our humankind will be destroyed and will vanish with the ruin of our earth planet.

The main reasons for the outcome of negative irrational success and irrational truths are- extreme greediness, hooliganism for one’s success, clever but selfish, strong but compassionless, enterprising but ignorance, immorality and slyness, extremely appropriated advantages, extremely indomitable spirit and uncontrollable, paranoid and extremely defensive, great pride and proud of oneself, misbelieving, rigidly holding on to one ideologue, priority of foolishness, unable to think of covering all aspects, extreme obstinacy, extreme effrontery, negative competitions etc... unlearned and unable to respect and rejoice at one another’s goodness, beauty, fame, prosperity, honesty, heritage, faiths, belief, properties, loved ones, religions, thoughts, advantages, wishes, happiness, solace, sweet smile, goodwill, gratitude, assistance, hospitality, positive cooperation, vulnerability, wisdoms, traditions, sanctuary, resources etc. Instead, they have negative attitudes and defiance, jealousy and do as one pleases to others. But these negative attitudes were not the ones which were inborn in humankind. It is only thoughtful acceptance by one who is mentally deranged. The deranged mind occurs from ignorant paranoia, confusion, depression, spreading drifting mind, unable to concentrate, unable to analyze and control anger, lazy for mind’ works etc...It is only the results of the weakness of ones own mindset.

Actually, all humans were the same and innocent from birth till the end of their childhood. It is the human birth-right that has innocence. They become gradually different when they grow up and able to feel the nature of humanity and environment and the different impacts. Only a few of them grow up with special temperament. So, they choose the different beliefs, professions and follow after positive ways or negative ways when they become adults. While some who follow positive ways really beautify the environment, human community and the world, some who follow negative ways really deform the world during the period they are living.

I still remember my childhood when we were at school with my teachers. The school and our teachers never taught us any misdeeds. They only repeatedly taught us to have good character, good behaviour, to be brave, clever, honest, to endeavour to be diligent, to be positive, to love the truths, honour to discipline, to be grateful, to guard our environment, love and nurse old parents, be patriotic, etc...and let us compete with each other only in positive clever ways like sports, literature, study, meritorious deed etc... But when we left our school and went into the outside world, they taught us to stand by ourselves because of the weakness of human mindset, but some pf us went beyond the lectures of our training school and became competitive like rivals to each other in foolishness, pride, greediness, anger, jealousy, ignorance, hatred, revenge, fear, reputation, class, level, power, massacre weapons, murder skills, murder methods, ruin etc...useless, negative competitions, creating sorrows. Although while all humans can do it, if they are willing and like the same impact, some real humans never do such negative competitions in their life.

The truths that we are accepting, our expected goal, the competitions that we are competing, our current successes, our implementations, behaviours etc...in general, we know well by ourselves that if it is rational or irrational one. But because with the occasion of some main primary reasons that become the irrational truths, some do not revise themselves earlier, with stubbornness and at last they accepted and choose the title of irrational negative heroes. Today, there are still many irrational negative heroes like suicide bombing, destroying and massacring. World Trade Center and suicide bombing in London are the perpetrations of ignorant irrational negative heroes. They have to accept their current successes with jitteriness. The irrational heroes are the outcome of the failure of the successive irrational competitions. Before we could be seen the great irrational heroes, some Nazi leaders, Japanese fascist Commanders, they did not dare face with rational truth in light to accept as Prisoners of War and face International Military Tribunal. They just awarded themselves with the title of Irrational Heroes and committed suicide. There is no punishment for rational failures, instead of punishment there are only the prizes offering to pull him up and help if they are sincere to surrender.

If we are all executive adult humans who are still willing and love to compete positive competitions as we have had done in our childhoods and give good tonic for senses, nutrition to each other, how beautiful our human world would be for us to dwell in. Our huge human community, one man to men, one group to groups, one organization to organizations, one nationality to nationalities, one country to countries, prioritising our love, honesty, sympathy, with positive successes and rely on each other and live together with fearlessness, harmlessness, if so, the un-necessaries useless worries and sadness cannot be found even though we want them. A happy man will serve meritorious deeds and a sad man will serve misdeeds voluntarily. But our polite civilization now on our earth has not yet happened, so, because of the persuasions of the negative or irrational truths circle, we have to be cycling the events and have to be killing the fire which we started and burn our hands, legs, when we are serving.


Irrational or Negative Competition

In ancient times, one group and another looted for foods. Then they looted properties, lands, slaves, colonies, sovereigns etc... and to defend their sovereigns and pre-empt the advantages, they invented modern weapons, holding powers to influence others and at last they manifested World War, which resulted in bad consequences for humans. Instead of continuing to wage such irrational competitions and accepting irrational truths, let us co-revolt the irrational truths that deformed and humiliated our human community society and our common asylum and co-save the rational truths that really will erect, give profits to our new human community society civilization and really benefit our common asylum earth planet.


Modern Empire Competition

First step and second step, then third step

First step

Searching lands for sovereignty in all possible ways, and occasionally, marking them as their own for themselves.

Second step

Flatter, prioritise militarism and manoeuvre to establish State Law and Order, force to obey their Doctrines, ideologies, faiths etc... by militarism, by force, by ruthless ways in their current sovereigns.

Third step

When the second step is a success, that is enough and ensured for State Law and Order, withdraw militarism and establish peace and development by amicable way. In the third step, to smoothen handling semi-refined products, using polite civilizations, cultures, economics, literature, languages, charming handy utilities, sympathies, secret smiles, goodwill, happiness, social festivals etc...to cure and compensate, conciliate and apologise for the past second step rough-way relationship. Some stronger groups had success with their second step within not so long period because of different reasons and smoothening by their third step now. But some weaker groups that have not enough strength couldn’t make success of their second step for a long time, more than half century, because of different reasons and still have to be struggling in a tight corner. The step of benefactors cannot be achieved yet and is only cycling to and fro in a robber’s step.

An example of this event is when many people living in their own home peacefully, happily with their owned things, properties, heritages, a group of masked wild robbers invaded their home and took everything as they liked and killed some families who disobey their orders and went away. When the family was suffering, weak, poverty-stricken, crippled and can’t recover from their misfortune, these robbers abandoned their masks and wore smart suits and came again as gentlemen to help, as sympathizers, comforters, warmly sociable and to achieve in being good friendly benefactors, offered the family with some of their necessaries for existence for some more limited period and trying to achieve good reputation in the new human community. So the family victims cannot get rid of them or avoid them and have to accept as their benefactor forever as long as they could be existed in limited period. But they know well that robbers and benefactors are the same person by the help of rational positive truths that are really co-existent with the human world. So, how do they feel whilst as long as they still living? What kind of smiles of gratitude thanking to their benefactors? How would they understand about the meaning of “human rights” in new century civilization? When we come to specially respect human rights, we must have respect for human birth-right.

Whilst the period of this second step is serving the operation, the most serious pains, plights, hardships, ruins, human rights and democracy cease to exist as long as it continues, whether it fails or be a success. Every body that cannot be rid of in this community, should not be foolish as to expect or murmur support for human rights and democracy as long as the second step is not yet finished. Every human community which had on occasion lived, and survived in this second step period was the most unfortunate humans in the world. Like the citizens of Union of Burma who are suffering now. And we could be reminded of the events when Mao Zi Dong operated their second step in Great China in the past. As long as this second step is far from termination, the concerning community have to suffer as we are seeing, hearing, facing now, every day.

The groups, the source which implement this policy, because of the different distance of the region of their marked sovereigns, the changing of the age, the different strengths, the different tools, the different strategies, the different detail technique, the observations of the public citizens, the alternative development of the age, the different observation of the age, the different abilities and skills of the implementing leaders, the difference of this policy’s victims; their morality, senses, resistance, struggles, strengths, thoughts, activities, tuition and intuition wisdoms, educations, situations, responses, spirits etc...suitable or unsuitable to implement conditions with the second step, some can pass the second step and implement the third step now, but some had learned by themselves so they are unable, impossible to control and continue the second step and surrender to their own senses.

And some that are unable to pass the second step as well as not surrender, still rigidly continue implementing the second step for many years for a long time till today. So because of the alternative changing of the age and the acceptances of the new observations of civilization, their labels are gradually changing and cannot achieve the title of hero and became worthy of the terrorists title among the world community and deformed and humiliated their own honourable great nationality. Every group and concerning community has had to suffer the same results and events whilst second step was implementing. Trouble, plight and poverty in the whole region; for example, the condition of citizens of the former Soviet Union, China before about 1980, Iraq citizens, the life of Burma citizens now there are no difference.

Who invented and started this colonization for Modern Empire policy were UK, France, Spain, Portugal etc. from the west, and Japan from the east. But because of the long distance of borderlands, and overseas, that lacked the connection from the resource of the policy and clearly visible for world community, the victims got the advantages, escaped from them with the help of rational truths when the times changed to new observations of humans. Their first and second step victory was greater and wider than the later ones of their imitators today. But because it is just negative irrational victory, they cannot handle and control their irrational victory permanently and had to accept, obey, correct, learn lessons and listen to lectures of positive rational truths that are really co-existing with the natural world in early time. But they had achieved some clues for their third step like early developed, pre-empted economics, techniques, civilizations, literatures etc...for the results of indirect victory for obedience of the positive rational truths.


The successive for second step, PRC of Great China

Because of the close connection of the borderlands’ sovereigns, easy and close connection to the resources, strong strengths, the excellent ability and skill of leaders, suitable age, etc., they had not needed for so long to operate and achieve the victory for their second step. But because of the natural results of the war, they only could start their third step around 1980. They withdrew militarism and replaced conciliation, consultation for cooperation. Then they shared autonomy with many concerning states to cooperate with the central government. They had passed mountainous serpentine paths and dark night journeys and marching step to even, straight paths and dawn daylights. They attempting day and night than other today to recover their ruins. Repaying the debts for the poverty, outdated of the past that created by war militarism. Cure the hatred by sympathy. When we see their external aspects, it is very much like envious gratitude.

But because of the results and punishments of the second step, they had outdated, late developed, late economics and cold society. For successful and determined militarism, generally shedding religions, and becoming a non-religious country. And so to be able to follow the world economics in time, they have to take short cut methods. Few are interested in inventing their own products, and so imitated products, techniques, artificial brands etc... to fight each other and pre-empt the markets in developing and under developed countries. They produced multi-qualities, multi prices, multi brands with the same type of the products created illusions for uneducated, unlearned, un-experienced population. They also produced a huge quantity of low quality that un-durable and wasteful unnecessary raw resources and increased more and more rubbish to the environment. The most terrible thing is artificial medicine production.

So, their economic competitors who are working sincerely have suffered the impacts as to breaking their back and some have gone bankrupt. If other responsible people cannot control such kinds of irrational competitions and if all the economic competitors around the world responded to the same way to re-fight each other and increase the irrational competitions, the fate of our future world will be unfavourable and directed to ruination. It will be like the results of the success of Alfred Nobel in the past. The Chinese government also annihilated and controlled artificial products heavily. But they are just cycling, one go and one come because of the natural results of irrational persuasions of the irrational truths circles. This is one of the bad results of the irrational competitions. Although their artificial products may be unable to enter and be seen in already developed, rigid and strict in disciplined countries, in under developed, developing, countries with much practices of corruption, poor, messy and inefficient administration, because of China’s power and economics influence, their artificial products can be seen abundantly.

With regard to a non-religious country, because there are numerous people who have the misfortune not to correct, learn, study, consider for themselves, and there are no religious doctrine to enlighten them, they have become wild, immoral, crooks, swindlers, confidence tricksters, pickpockets, robbers etc...disturbing and harming the peaceful citizens. The government policemen always have to detain, control, catch, correct them and there is no end, just a cycling of one go and one come because of the natural results of irrational persuasions and damaged beauty of the beautiful cities and developing country. Once, when I visited Yunnan, China, and Kunming City, the husband of one of my acquaintances the big brother “Police Officer” told and warned me while we stayed in China, “When you go on the road and shopping or on buses you must be extremely careful and cautious, here there are a lot of swindlers, pickpockets, crooks etc.... When during our office time, we policemen have no time to take a rest and often have to work overtime. The files of crimes were as high as mountains in our office, I think our policemen are the most busy employees of our government employees”, so he whispered to me. I was surprised by his words. Our country is in decline and lower than them, about more than several hundred times, but the illegal crimes seem not so bad.

And they do not give jail punishment for drug dealers but death penalty. Their drug criminals, after court-martial, there are about five to six, sometimes more criminals at one time, they tied and hang a paper board on the criminals’ neck; wrote their name, age, kind of crime and red cross marked on the board which means we do not need this person and round the city slowly to show public citizens by military trucks and with standing armed guards. Then they drove to a restaurant and let them eat what they like for the last meal, and sent to murder field and executed. But drug smuggling has not vanished and the policemen have had to do this often. Their criminals dared to do everything if they can make money when out of the police sights and never regretted for the faults.

Their policemen are also very brave and excellent as well as their criminals. For this event, it is because of the results and consequences of the second step. Their upper civilized classes were successful till now but their lower unlearned classes were confused as criminals that can never correct themselves. The leading parts of society were very excellent and the following parts were left behind and cannot yet be well-matched to one another. But, however, whatever the Great Empire of China has established with stable and firm existence, the speed of their empire was not standing only in Great China but it extended to South-East Asia now especially their neighbouring countries. Therefore, it is not strange that Chinese have prospered in economics and lifestyle in Union of Burma.

In Burma, although they are trying and insisting to step like other Empire establishment, their use of tools, strategies, implements and conditions are different. In early time because of weak strength to rival multi-ethnics strength, the favoured strength of resistance, unreality of leading leaders, extremely selfish and greedy leaders betraying each other, the immaturity of leaders forgetting one’s origins and became conceited, ignorant, un-intelligent, could not create history to implement properly in future operations, unable to use militarism decisively etc...and later because of the alternative changing of the age, the alternative changing observations, extended their second step reaching into developing communication information systems and developed media systems, the alternative changing of acceptances of world community etc...their second step can never end and is extending more and more in time.

They have been trying to terminate their second step since 1990 and calm down the confused countrywide uprising by injecting anaesthetic and cocaine to be in a coma for their patients, holding a fake election to placate for a while. When the whole country has calmed down, because there are still not enough implementations yet for second step, they slyly set up arrangements and grasp power again to take a little more time to terminate their second step properly by holding National Convention several times that was never finished. And they cleared, heavily and roughly detaining what they see as unnecessary obstacles that come to block their ways. Till today their second step is still in puzzles and cannot be reckoned if it will succeed or fail. So, all citizens of Union of Burma today have to continue their sufferings, to suffer as victims of step two Empire Establishment like the former example events and are still far from having human rights and democracy implementations.

When China implemented their second step, they could use enough military force decisively and they cooperated with the revolution to upper current government, and according to the revolution nature, they achieved the strengths and faiths and intolerance of many poor public citizens. So the direction of the force was lifted upward and they had achieved the victory. When Burma implemented it, the governors, government themselves have to collaborate with the oppression to the many poor lower citizens. So, the direction of the force was downwards to below and according to the nature of oppression, their force was against the intolerance of many poor public citizen strengths and far from victory till today. When China implemented its second step, they possessed strong revolution army. So, they neglected and were not lenient to any religion, directed non-religious strategy and could use appropriate militarism decisively.

But before when Burma implemented its second step, because of not enough army strength, and it is so weak to rival multi ethnic resistance forces and unable to use appropriate militarism decisively. So, they misappropriated “Buddhist” religion as their left hand force to campaign and march the other way. Every region where their army force occupied, they constructed negative pagodas enshrined and inscribed with cabalistic diagram signs to oppress and conquer their enemy. And use native local residences’ funds and forced them to offer donations to their pagodas. They usually named such negative pagodas like Yan Aung, Yan Naing, Yan Nyein, Yan Pyay etc...meaning “conquered enemies”. The greatest insincere pagoda for maintaining conquest for the whole country is Kabar Aye Pagoda that is located in Rangoon. Elders said such pagodas could be viewed by insightful excellent monks when they are in meditation. But if some famous monks emerged, the government tries to convince them to become biased with them (the government) or threatened them immediately. If they fail, the monks are scolded or expelled directly or indirectly. Their hill land, plane land propagation programs in every region also helped their wishes to go well for them.

Although superficial Buddhist Sermons teach and correct the simple citizens to be clever, honest, content, forgivable, pitiable, rid from terrors, avoid misdeed, free from misconduct, hint to nirvana, to obey and keep the five, eight, ten precepts etc...but Buddhist sermons are not concerned with militarism, judge of war, war-mongers, war-fare, war-like, war-time, warriors etc...don’t let them keep five precepts, they cannot even keep one precept in war period. For similar instant, we could be remembered, the event once when USA issued their anti-gun law to their public citizens. After they issued it, sincere citizens who respected the government law handed in their guns which they always kept with them all their life to corresponding police stations sincerely. An old man who owned an ale-house also handed in his guns to the police and as soon as he handed them in, the robbers rushed to his ale-house immediately. For this event, this law was just a negative law for sincere citizens and later vanished and had nobody to obey.

Buddhism in Burma that stand as the government religion, which co-existed and misappropriated with the second step of Empire Establishment for long time, also is unable to offer its useful profits to simple public citizens for current life, can only be seen, cannot be loved, and only offer the profits to be taken advantage of by the one who misappropriated. Therefore, the majority of modern young people are gradually doubtful of the Buddhist doctrines and have less and less respect, honour or faith in Buddhism which goes against their current practical professional life. This event is the directing steps for ruining Buddhism in Burma. The genuine essence of Buddhism is far, far away from new generation young ones. Thus, one of the most well known countries in the world for Buddhism, the Union of Burma has become a country with the most ruined Buddhism in the world. Finally, the Buddhism in Burma may become like a non-living religion as Buddha image. As long as the second step takes more time, the repayment will mean more to repay for debts, and we will need to consider and clarify the repayment of the second steps of our world histories.

The modern Empire Establishment was started and invented by UK, France, Spain, Portugal, USA, Soviet Russia Union, Nazi Germany etc... from the west and Fascist Japan from the east. Many Europeans have also had to taste the flavours of Hitler’s Nazi Dictatorship well enough when the Nazi regime influenced Europe at one time and left the events of a great human history. Easterners also, especially in China also had to taste the flavours of Fascist Japanese well and that they are still ruminating to their new comers by books, movies etc...that we have watched often. From you who are now in the developed polite modern civilization age, we citizens of Union of Burma have had to suffer in the past and also in the present. Such irrational truths, implementations, behaviours, although you have detested, hated and learned it in early time and abandoned it, the rubbishes that you had abandoned here became the nutrient foods, good lessons, good experiences for your little imitators here.

Our weakened society has had to clean up the rubbishes that you abandoned insignificantly every day. Don’t pretend to be mad, foolish or not concerned if you really are gentlemen of polite new updated civilization of human community. You could have been clear and thoughtful about what was happening after the dictatorship in Burma abolished the agreement of the constitutions of the Union of Burma by remembering the event when Nazi Hitler Dictatorship came to hold power and broke the International Treaty, and the consequences. It is only difference of a big case and a small case for you; you have suffered yourself and also other humans. But if you all still recognize us as humanity like you too, you should save us and help us from the results of your rubbishes.


A story from my mum.

Once there was an old couple and they had seven children lived in a village. The couple had spent all their collected money and properties and their little heritages to feed their children to grow up and support their children for suitable education. When the children grew up and educated, they learned about the norms of human life, they don’t want to live in village and went to city to get better life and married to metropolitans. But the old parents could not go with any one of them because they loved their home and farmland and they were not suited to new environment. Their children never returned after they left. They were all just looking and hearing each other’s words about who will go back to the village and look after the situation and condition of their poor old parents. But none of them went back, just let their old couple live, lacking food, medical care, clothes, help and suffered the natural dangers and died before reaching very old age. When the children learned their parents had died, they all ran to the village and cried with suffering, sorrow, regret and were very sad because of all their foolishness, ignorance, and stupidity. So, they built the beautiful grave for the old couple and took many photos for souvenirs and hung in their drawing-room to show their friends and visitors and talked about their unfortunate poor old parents to newcomers.
